We are a long established maintenance company of 20 years experience within the field of permanent access equipment. We offer a first class maintenance and repairs service using reliable fully trained Service Engineers, covering all of the U.K. and providing an emergency 24 hour call out service. We work to all Health & Safety Regulations as required by L.O.L.E.R., BS 6037, EN 1808 and SAFed Guidelines.

TWO DECADES OF EVOLUTION - THIS YEAR SEES NATIONAL CRADLE MAINTENANCE CELEBRATE ITS 20th ANNIVERSARY AND OVER THE PAST TWO DECADES THE MIDLANDS BASED COMPANY HAS CONTINUALLY EVOLVED IN ORDER TO EXPAND ITS RANGE OF SERVICES.

NCM has engineers based in Dartford, London the Midlands, Bristol and Glasgow and this strong level of geographical coverage enables it to respond to clients in under an hour and a half. The company’s customer base is made up of a high number of UK Blue Chip companies and it has maintenance agreements with the large banks and major property developers, as well as looking after three of the country’s largest shopping centres. It has also just recently completed a nine month refurbishment at the office of the Deputy Prime Minister in London and secured a five year maintenance contract on the back of it. Another major client is Network Rail and last year NCM carried out an award-winning project at Waterloo station.

For the past 17 of its 20-year history NCM has been a member of SAEMA, a relationship that has brought numerous benefits for the company. Although it has recently been busy on the acquisition front NCM is in no mood to quell its predatory instincts and is always on the lookout for other companies that can add something to its operation. It is currently talking to a small company in the West Midlands with a view to a takeover, whilst it is also looking to move to larger office and factory premises.

NCM has established a reputation throughout the U.K. undertaking contracts to a firm commitment quality.

In 2003 NCM was awarded the prestigious Regional Brassey Award for our works on the Waterloo Railway Station Refurbishment works which was a 2 year continuous project.

This was followed in 2004 by being awarded the National Award for Infrastructure from the Institution of Civil Engineers.
